June 24 (main festivities are on the evening of June 23rd )
A festive rendezvous to celebrate in style the National Holiday of Quebec on June 23rd from 9 p.m. until the end of the night, on the beautiful Plains of Abraham. Enjoy this free show to immerse yourself in our rich culture.
A wide variety of free activities are on the agenda of June 24th!
A wide range of free activities and festivities will be on offer to celebrate Canada Day in style on the Dufferin Terrace and The Plains of Abraham. Make sure not to miss the fireworks display at night!
Cirque burlesque in the Old Port
June 24th to July 19th
After a huge success and sold out shows in Australia, New Zealand and Japan, and being acclaimed by critics worldwide, the Empire Show toured Canada and will be presented in the Spiegeltent in the Old Port of Quebec City! The artists from around the world are presenting a show combining comedy, circus, vaudeville and burlesque, for an adult audience.
Quebec City Summer Festival
July 9 to 19
A major event of this summer is the Quebec City Summer Festival; an internationally renowned outdoor music festival with more than 300 performances! The 2015 edition is amazing and colorful featuring the Rolling Stones, Foo Fighters, Deep Purple, Keith Urban, Patrick Bruel, Boston, Megadeth and many more!

Circus at the Agora in the Old Port
July 21st to September 6th – Tuesday to Sunday
Crépuscule is the name of this twilight show, conceived and realized by the company Flip FabriQue, promises to delight the spectators at the Agora of the Old Port without admission fees! The show will feature many outstanding artists who return to the city that saw them grow up. They set up their headquarters at the Agora for an unforgettable party! Presented just a stone’s away from the Auberge Saint-Antoine, all summer long from July 21st to September 6th.
Doors open at 7:30 p.m. from July 21st to August 16th, at 7 p.m. from August 18th to 30th and at 6:30PM from September 1st to 6th. The show is on rain or shine and starts approximately one hour after the opening of the gates, at twilight
July 28 to August 9
Do not miss the 35th edition of Plein Art, a huge exhibition of Québec crafts, the largest exhibition of its kind in Canada. Under a huge tent in the Old Port of Québec, you have the possibility to discover the qualities of products through cabinet makers, glassmakers, potters, toy makers, leather workers and local jewelers.
Les Grands Feux Loto-Québec
August 1st to 19th
Enjoy a brilliant late evening! Six breathtaking fireworks will be presented directly on the Saint- Lawrence River on Wednesdays and Saturdays, at 10PM.
Les Fêtes de la Nouvelle-France - New France Festival
August 5th to 9th
Travel back to the days of Nouvelle France by immersing yourself in this festival with historical accents, inspired by the rich colonial past of Quebec. The various festival sites will tell you more about the lives of early settlers and of the history of Quebec in multiple ways. Several parades and artistic performances are the pride of the event, creating the perfect ambience for the visitor to celebrate history in the cradle of French America!
Beerfest in Quebec City
August 13th to 16th
Discover 70 microbreweries, breweries, pubs and local cider in a unique atmosphere, very much like an Oktoberfest in the enchanting setting of the Old Port. Upgrade your experience with a tasting of local products, culinary and brewing conferences. Several music shows are also planned!
August 14th to 23rd

August 27th to 30th
On the occasion of this festive and general admission event: Bordeaux wine tasting, flavors of Québec, workshops, animation and much more.
Quebec City Celtic Festival
