Conveniently located between the Cabaret and Auditorium, the Hall Explore is a warm reception venue where comfort and history are combined with a modern twist to create the perfect setting for a private cocktail party.

The cabarets of New France were lively meeting places, watering holes, and restaurants for soldiers, sailors, adventurers and trappers billeted in or travelling through the city. Auberge Saint-Antoine allows you to relive this warm atmosphere in a cabaret of its own.
Featuring a design reminiscent of the 18th century, this multifunctional room provides an exceptional setting for cocktail parties, banquets, anniversaries, or other special events.

The Auditorium is a large amphitheatre-style conference room. Its exquisite sound quality, giant 10’ x 18’ screen, HD projector, luxurious Irwin seats equipped with a writing ledge, and Wi-Fi Internet access make it suitable for a variety of presentations and screenings. It is the only room of its kind in a Québec City hotel.

Let us surprise you with our new banquet space located on the Promenade Samuel de Champlain, a short distance away from the hotel. Offering a breathtaking view of 300 ° on the St. Lawrence River, this room can accommodate up to 300 people for a cocktail, or up to 150 people for a seated event. Our hotel has an exclusive use of this banquet lounge, guests can taste the delicacies of chef Julien Dumas from the hotel’s renowned Panache restaurant while taking in the beautiful views of the St. Lawrence River.

One-ounce vials served as dropper bottles, whileone-and-a-half ounce to three-ounce bottles were used for medicine. Medicines were administered by diluting them with flavoured water or alcohol. Tablets and pills also came in little vials, which pharmacists recycled.
