The 10th edition of Québec Exquis! Food Festival has been extended until November 21st, 2020.
It's a great opportunity to re-discover the Quebec City region in its most delicious light: the local gastronomy. This event is the opportunity to discover creative tasting menus offered by a selection of chefs and artisans in many restaurants in Quebec City. The Quebec Exquis menu is proposed on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
This year, we are working in partnership with "La Pisciculture de Charlevoix", which has been part of the Quebec terroir for several years.
The company is the meeting of two fish enthusiasts . The first, Serge Garneau, owner of the Fumoir Charlevoix, which has been producing smoked salmon and trout since 2002 in his house on Rang Saint-Antoine in Baie-Saint-Paul. The second, Benoît-Michel Beïque is one of those young entrepreneurs who are not afraid to work hard on a project they believe in, and he is the one who raises the char".
They both say in unison: "There are some immutable habits that must not change, because they are our memory of reference, of quality".
Take-out Dinner Menu ( Pescatarian or Vegetarian) - $40 per person (taxes are additional).
