Quartier Petit Champlain - Just a stone’s throw away from the hotel, the charming Quartier Petit Champlain is one of the most magical part of town with its thousands of lights and Christmas decorations. Boutiques and stores for happy finds, some of the smaller events, like choir singing or traditional entertainment, are also taking place there.
Outdoor ice skating at Place d'Youville - Just a twenty minutes walk from the hotel you can skate to the sound of Christmas music in front of the fortifications, next to the St-Jean’s city gate, one of the most lovely area in town.
German Christmas Market - November 28th to December 14th 2014 - In the pure German Christmas Market tradition, this open air market with typical wooden kiosks offers you typical German mulled wine, cookies, gingerbread, roasted chestnuts, Bratwurst and local products. This is also the place where you can buy handcrafted Christmas decorations and other high quality crafts. Free Christmas concerts on the weekends! It’s a rendez-vous at the town hall square

To find the perfect gift or to get into the mood of Christmas, you need to visit the Old Port Farmers Market!

Parcours Lumière sur l’art: Art Light Path - December 10, 2014 to March 15, 2015 - ** New in 2014** Just a few steps away from the National Museum of Fine Arts, Cartier Street will be beautifully illuminated by giant lampshades dressed with artwork. For this first edition you will discover the colorful works of Alfred Pellan and Fernand Leduc who were selected to inaugurate this project. Not only art will be presented outside a museum, but this initiative pays also tribute to two great Quebec painters. Lumière sur l’art , is located on one of the best shopping streets in the city ... take the opportunity to explore the beautiful shops and delis in this attractive neighborhood.
