Our Aphrodite

Enjoy a refreshing, fruity and floral cocktail at home from bar Artefact. Our Head bartender is delighted to share with you the recipe of the Aphrodite!

Recipe for 1 person:

Absolute Mandarin	1 oz
Soho	1/2 oz
Grapefruit juice	1 1/2 oz
Lime juice	1/2 oz
Ginger syrup	1/2 oz
A slice of grapefruit or edible flowers	For decoration

Add some ice and mix all the ingredients together in a shaker.
Pour into a martini glass and decorate with a slice of grapefruit or edible flowers.  Should you prefer a non-alcoholic version, change the alcohol for a little bit of tonic soda and litche juice.
