A cocktail bar on Vieux-Québec's foundations
Offering a glimpse into Quebec’s past, Bar Artefact is the perfect place for enjoying a light meal and signature drinks from one of the city’s most creative cocktail menus, while surrounded by artifacts preserved in time. The bar showcases relics unearthed on site during a recent excavation dig, such as the Dauphine Battery and window displays filled with objects dating back from six distinct eras in our property’s history.
Until further notice our live music nights on Saturdays are temporarily paused. The programmed artists normaly propose various local jazz, folk rock and soul pop tunes.
During the summer months our Bar Artefact is closed. Meanwhile, our guests can enjoy our pop-up terrace "Panache Mobile en Ville" every day from 12pm to 21pm.
We welcome our guests without reservations.
