Elixir of Love
A tasty, refreshing cocktail with a smooth texture on the lips!
INGREDIENTS (1 serving):
Absinthe | 0.5 oz |
Églantine from Distillerie du Vent du Nord | 1.5 oz |
Hendrick's Midsummer Solstice | 0.75 oz |
Pink pepper syrup | 0.5 oz |
Lemon juice | 0.75 oz |
Egg white | 1 |
Rhubarb Bitter | 5 dashes |
STEPS:
- Rinse your glass with the absinthe and throw the alcohol away
- In a shaker, add some ice and all the other ingredients. Shake it well.
- Pour the cocktail without the ice into a lovely glass and garnish with a little crushed/ground pink pepper.
