Your thermal experience will include a relaxation ritual with alternating hot and cold cycles followed by full-body relaxation to reduce stress, relax muscles, revive body and mind as well as eliminate toxins. Furthermore, it will improve sleep quality, stimulate the immune system and contribute to overall good health as well as well-being: cleansing the body both physically and spiritually.
Conditions
- This package is offered in double occupancy and is subject to the availability of the hotel and the StrØm Spa Nordique du Vieux-Québec.
- A minimum of 72 hours is required to book the package at any time.
- There may be some unavailability on weekends, several days in advance.
- The cancellation policy for this package is 48 hours prior to your arrival.
