The vision behind our breakfast is rooted in mindful hospitality, designed to seamlessly accommodate every guest's rhythm and dietary preference.

Our focus remains on well-being and the integrity of our ingredients. We prioritize house-made preparations, seasonal bounty from our own farm, La Ferme du Coteau, and treasures from our local partner producers.

The selection strikes a deliberate balance between indulgence and vitality. We offer a curated range of gluten-free options, dairy alternatives, and minimally processed dishes—alongside fresh fruits, natural grains, and warm specialties prepared each morning.

Our goal is a morning experience that is generous yet modern and responsible, respecting both our guests' health and the environment. It is a reflection of the Auberge’s core identity: authentic, understated elegance that honors the local terroir.
