General Information

Treatment duration
To make the most of your experience, we recommend arriving 5 minutes before your appointment. Each treatment includes personalized consultation time with your therapist to tailor the care to your needs.

A moment of tranquility
Our Wellness Center is a place devoted to peace and relaxation. To help maintain a calm and serene environment, please turn off your mobile phone during your visit so that all guests can fully enjoy their experience.

Etiquette
Should you wish to shower before your treatment, please do so prior to arrival. We kindly ask that you inform your therapist of any medical conditions or ongoing treatments so that your care can be adapted accordingly.

Reservations & Cancellations
As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible of any cancellation or modification to your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and are subject to change without notice. Gratuities are at your discretion.
Massage therapy receipts for insurance purposes are available upon request.
