Our Miss Betty

Enjoy a refreshing, fruity and floral cocktail at home from bar Artefact. Our head bartender is delighted to share with you the recipe of the Miss Betty!

Recipe for 1 person:

Apple cider / Apple must	2 1/2 oz
White lavender tea	2 oz
Yellow beetroot juice	1 oz
Orgeat syrup	1/2 oz
Lemon juice	1/2 oz
Lavender syrup	A dash
Edible flowers	For decoration

Add some ice and mix all the ingredients together in a shaker.
Pour into a nice glass and decorate with edible flowers.  Should you prefer a non-alcoholic version, change the apple cider for apple must.
