Our spring edition of the signature buffet, dedicated to Mother’s Day, is an extension of our philosophy: a perfect balance between the indulgence of a feast and the clarity of well-being.

For this celebration, we honor mothers with a selection where the absolute freshness of La Ferme du Coteau meets the exceptional. From lobster rolls to the delicacy of truffled scrambled eggs, every dish is prepared that very morning, emphasizing house-made creations and the finest offerings from our partner producers.

Designed to be inclusive and mindful of every lifestyle, this brunch offers a rare equilibrium of high gourmandise and vitality: gluten-free options, plant-based alternatives, and minimally processed ingredients.
