Rooms
What time is check-in at the hotel? Is early check-in possible?
Check-in at the hotel is at 4 p.m. Early check-in is possible on request basis only.
What time is checkout at the hotel? Is late checkout possible?
Checkout at the hotel is at 12 p.m. Late checkout is possible on request basis only.
Is there an age minimum for check-in?
The minimum age for check-in at the hotel is 18. Children are of course welcome when accompanied by an adult.
What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
There is no charge for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your date of arrival. Should you wish to cancel your stay 48 hours or less prior to your arrival, the first night will be charged.
From June 16th to October 15th, and from December 23rd to January 2nd, cancellations without charge must be made at least 15 days prior to the arrival date. During these periods, any stay cancelled within 15 days before the arrival date will be fully charged to the client.
Are there refrigerators in the rooms?
Yes, but mini-bar service is only available on request.
Are there microwaves in the rooms?
We only have one room with a microwave, so we suggest you ask for one when booking.
Does Auberge Antoine have any last minute offers?
Yes, we have a last minute special offer for all stays booked within five days of the arrival date. Learn more about it here.
Facilities & Services
Does Auberge Saint-Antoine offer free wifi?
Yes, the hotel offers free wifi for all Auberge guests.
Are pets welcome at the hotel? What facilities and services are available for pets?
Pets are always welcome at the hotel. An additional fee of $45 per day covers your four-legged friend, plus entitles you to an in-room water bowl, cuddle blanket, treats, and waste disposal bags. Check out our Pet-Friendly page for more information about visiting with your pet.
Are children welcome at the hotel? What facilities and services are available for children?
Children are always welcome at the hotel. For groups traveling with children under the age of 12, special amenities are placed in the room upon arrival. Children until the age of five enjoy free breakfast. Films, games and a private screening room are available on the property, and our concierge can arrange babysitting services as well as children’s activities. Is smoking allowed at the hotel?
No, we are a non-smoking property. A fee of $250 will apply if this rule is not respected.
Does the hotel offer parking?
Yes, we do offer indoor valet parking on property. The fee is $45 per night.
Does the hotel offer airport transfers?
No, but our concierge will be happy to arrange airport transfers for you.
Is the hotel ADA accessible?
We do our best to follow ADA guidelines and ensure our website and property are accessible to all, including those with disabilities. We offer accessible guest rooms, and our terrace (seasonal), restaurant, spa, fitness center, concierge, and indoor parking all offer accessible routes for those with disabilities.

Where can I buy souvenirs?
You can buy Auberge souvenirs in our online store, and travel souvenirs in the Petit-Champlain district, which is teeming with souvenir stores.
Is it possible to visit the Auberge?
The Auberge is very attached to its historical past, and we have a collection of artifacts on display throughout the hotel. While some of it is only accessible if you're staying with us, the common areas can be visited on a guided tour. You can also take advantage of your stay at the Auberge to visit the Museum of Civilization, just across the street.

Is there a restaurant at the Auberge?
Yes, you can eat at Chez Muffy or at Bar Artefact. We recommend that you reserve your table for Chez Muffy on our reservation platform.
Is there a cocktail bar at the Auberge?
Yes, you can have a drink at the Bar Artefact and eat there too. You can also dine at Chez Muffy.
Can I have breakfast at Auberge Saint-Antoine?
Yes, you can have breakfast at Chez Muffy for $35 per person. See the menu.
Do I need to make a reservation for Chez Muffy and Bar Artefact?
We recommend reservations for both restaurants, especially Chez Muffy. To make a reservation for Chez Muffy, please visit our reservations page. For reservations at Bar Artefact, please visit our reservations page.
Does Chez Muffy have a terrace?
Yes, Chez Muffy has a seasonal terrace. It's open during the summer and overlooks the St. Lawrence River.
Where can I find local cuisine close to the hotel?

Where can I live the afternoon tea experience in Quebec City ?
You can enjoy our afternoon tea each Saturday and Sunday afternoon, except during the summer season, at our Artefact Bar. Learn more about it on our afternoon tea page.

Is the hotel close to public transport?
The Auberge is a one-minute walk from a bus stop that takes you quickly to the Upper Town. We're also a stone's throw from the ferry to the city of Lévis. Just next to the hotel, you'll find electric-assist bicycles from Quebec City À vélo.
Is Old Quebec within walking distance?
Yes, because the Auberge is located in the heart of Old Quebec, just a few steps from Petit-Champlain and the Old Port.
Can you see the St. Lawrence River from the Auberge?
Yes, the Auberge faces the St. Lawrence, and many rooms offer a view of the river. Don't hesitate to ask if this type of room is available when booking.
What can I do on foot from the hotel?
Located in Old Quebec, the hotel is close to all the major attractions, both historical and cultural. Many parks, such as the Plains of Abraham, are also within walking distance.
How far is the Quebec City airport from the Auberge?
The Auberge is less than 30 minutes by car from the airport, and 1 hour by bus.
Can I bike to the Auberge?
Yes, we're right on the edge of Quebec's Route verte, one of the world's longest bike routes, covering over 5300km and crossing 7 national parks, from the Gaspé Peninsula to Ottawa. Find out more on their site.

Is there a concert or performance venue near the Auberge?
The Auberge is close to a number of concert venues, including the Théâtre Petit-Champlain and the Palais Montcalm in Old Quebec. The Centre Vidéotron is also less than an hour away by bus. In July, the Festival d'Été de Québec is ideally located from the hotel, so you can enjoy it without public transport.

What outdoor activities are available in downtown Quebec City?
Quebec City is full of parks, so the hotel is naturally close to many of them, including the Plains of Abraham.

What museums are there in Quebec City?
We're fortunate to have the Musée de la Civilisation just across the street from the Auberge. The Musée des Beaux-Arts is easily accessible by bus line 11. The Quebec Naval Museum is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel and is the ideal place to discover our city's naval history (free of charge).
How close is the Auberge to AML cruises?
The Auberge Saint-Antoine faces the St. Lawrence River and is just a short distance from the cruise departures, making it the ideal stopover before taking your boat. To find your cruise, click here.
Is Lévis close to the Auberge?
Yes, the city of Lévis is accessible by ferry, which is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Spa center
Does the hotel have a spa?
Yes, there is a small spa on property that offers massages, face and body treatments, manicures and pedicures. You can find more information on our Health Club page.
Is yoga available at Auberge Saint-Antoine?
Yes, we have a dedicated room and classes are organized every Saturday for Auberge guests.
Does the Auberge have a gym?
Yes, the gym is open to hotel guests. We also have a yoga room, with yoga sessions offered every Saturday to hotel guests.
Does the hotel have a pool?
Unfortunately there is no pool on property. In summer, however, you can swim at the Bassin Louise just a block from the Auberge, or go to the Strom spa year-round, with which we have a Nordic relaxation package.
Meetings
Are there any meeting rooms at the Auberge?
Yes, we have 6 rooms to suit all your needs, from business meetings to family reunions and weddings. You can find out more about our rooms on our website.
Can we have a culinary offer during our meetings?
Our event organizers are on hand to help you prepare for your meeting, and in particular to organize the menu you wish to serve for the occasion. Find out more on our dedicated page.
How many people can the meeting rooms hold?
This varies enormously depending on the room chosen, but our maximum capacity is 110 people. You can find full details on our dedicated page.
Do you offer audiovisual facilities for meetings?
Yes, our teams can install projectors in each of our meeting rooms, and we have an auditorium with optimum audiovisual facilities for your conferences.
How much does it cost to rent a meeting room?
The price depends on many factors, so we advise you to contact our teams directly to get an idea of the cost. You can contact them using this form.
Is it possible to get married at the Auberge?
