To motivate you to get moving and have fun, the Solidarity Fund QFL offers you a series of motivating and stimulating training programs developed by Coaching du coureur. These programs have been designed by coaches and have been tested with high-level athletes. Two types of programs are offered for each event: the "discovery" program and the "progression" program. The first is for you if you are new to running. And if running is already part of your daily life, the second program will be more adapted to your needs. Enjoy your training!
