World Oceans Day

From Friday, June 8, 2018 to Sunday, June 10, 2018 June 8, 2018 June 10, 2018 Auberge Saint-Antoine

World Ocean’s Day celebrates the ocean and the important role it plays in our lives. It helps raise the profile of the ocean and inspire more involvement in helping to conserve this amazing resource we all depend on.

Let's connect on this special occasion and join us for an ethic menu from June 8th to June 10th 2018 at restaurant Chez Muffy, in Auberge Saint-Antoine. To celebrate the ocean, its importance in our lives, and the way we can protect it. It’s up to each one of us to help ensure that our ocean is healthy for future generations.

On this occasion, indulge yourself with our four-course menu made with Quebec ethical resources, a creation of our Chef Julien Ouellet.

  • First: Crispy roast potatoes from L’Île d’Orléans, Gaspésie lobster, green asparagus
  • Second: Atlantic Northern shrimp poached in a garlic flower spicy stock, corn bread
  • Third: Chicken fricassee, seaweed butter sauce, Saint-John River sturgeon caviar
  • To finish: First of the season Quebec strawberries, fresh seaweed, mascarpone and maple foam

We are tied to the ocean. And when we go back to the sea, whether it is to sail or to watch – we are going back from whence we came. - John F. Kennedy

Four-course menu $95 per person (exlusive of taxes and service) - Reservation required
