Happening on June 8th, 2021 this year, World Ocean’s Day is an international celebration of the ocean and the important role it plays in our lives. The day helps raise awareness of the ocean, and inspires greater involvement in helping to conserve this amazing resource we all depend on. The United Nations’ theme this year is THE OCEAN: LIFE & LIVELIHOODS. Relais & Châteaux will answer to this theme with an ode to shellfish.
For the special occasion our Chef Arthur Muller will present a menu made with local Quebec ethical produce. The menu will be available from June 4th to June 8th, 2021 at Chez Muffy and for in-room dining.
