World Ocean’s Day is an international celebration of the ocean and the important role it plays in our lives. The day helps raise awareness of the ocean, and inspires greater involvement in helping to conserve this amazing resource we all depend on. To celebrate this year, more than 200 Relais & Châteaux Chefs will participate in the 'Fish Unknown' initiative to honor marine biodiversity, lesser known species and sustainable ocean products – all of which will be highlighted on dining menus and events across the globe.
For the special occason our executive Chef Romain Devanneaux will present you, a menu made with local, Quebec ethical produces.
