Ode to local flavors
From April 1 to 3, 2022, Chef Alexandre Vachon of the prestigious Manoir Hovey will host our Chef Alex Bouchard for a Four-Hand Menu that will honor the products and artisans of Quebec. This event will not only be an occasion to welcome the maple season and the arrival of spring, but also to celebrate the culinary solidarity of two Relais & Châteaux chefs who share the same love for the gastronomic heritage of their regions.
Distinctive ingredients such as birch syrup produced on site at Manoir Hovey and duck eggs from La Canne Blanche (Stukeley-Sud, Québec) will offer authentic Eastern Townships flavours.
